Great experience with Hybrid real estate. We quickly moved into a furnished place in balaclava and had to move out just as quick as one of my housemates had to go home for an emergency. This was a big issue as me and the other housemate wouldn’t have been able to cover the rent. We were able to transfer the lease to someone else and Elliot and Sophie were super accommodating and helpful when it came to finding us a new place to rent. This was wonderful as it meant we didn’t have to reapply for new leases etc. Communication was great and they were helpful and understanding with any worries we had. Super fair on when we finished our lease and we got our full bond back. Would definitely recommend if you want estate agents who are fair and who have great communication at all times!

There's no real words to describe the service that Hybrid Real Estate provides, as it's the first time i have experienced such a well organised offering that accomodated for all my housing needs! I was spoilt for choice when looking for a place as there were a few properties i got to inspect, each one had its own character and the interior design was great. I've spent countless hours with friends going through the hassle of furniture shopping, getting stuck in a loop in Ikea. Lucky for me I discovered Hybrid, so when it finally came round to my time to move out of home, everything was sorted, all i had to do was bring my suitcase! All my friends and family were super impressed but i couldn't take credit... it's all thanks to the Hybrid Family!
